Hector Mackenzie is a Functional Consultant/ Solutions Architect who has worked in the Oracle arena for almost 20 years and with relational databases for even longer. 

Hector worked for Oracle for many years and has supported Oracle customers all over the world, including managing the core applications team in the EMEA Global Support Centre.

His background is originally as an Analyst / Programmer progressing though various roles including customer support, systems analysis , project management and senior line management. He has many years experience of Oracle applications, mostly specialising in Financials with a strong background in installation and upgrade.

Prior to Oracle he mainly worked on other financial /HR systems, working in the public sector, for a management consultancy, and for a computer company where he specialised in Retail Banking software.
